Candidates must be able to determine primary decision makers, make
presentations via the telephone, and close sales. Other responsibilities
include maintaining an existing customer base and assisting in national

supervising our package pick-up and delivery employees, delegating work
assignments, and training and leading our field operations personnel as
they provide our customers with on-time package delivery and exceptional
customer service.

environment. Entering accurate information in an on-line customer tracking
system. Knowledgeably assisting customers regarding
Link Logistics' services,
products, information, and disputes. Tactfully addressing disputes or
concerns regarding incorrect billing, service issues, loss or damage
claims, and dunning letters. Issues are addressed within specific
guidelines. Additional duties as assigned.

or more years of customer service or office experience including heavy
customer contact via telephone in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Typing
at 70 WPM
Excellent
verbal and written communication and listening skills
Strong

Prior
PC or data entry experience
